If you are signed in to your account and are not seeing a specific loan in your Blend pipeline, there are a few options available to you:
Ask the assigned Settlement Agent to Share Closing:
The assigned Settlement Agent can log in to workspace.blend.com and navigate to the loan. They can then click on the "Share Closing" button and enter the email address of the other Settlement Agent. If the other Settlement Agent does not have an account, one will be automatically created for them and an activation link will be sent to their inbox.
More details can be found in the Sharing a Closing article.
Ask the assigned Settlement Agent to Create a Team:
The assigned Settlement Agent can sign into workspace.blend.com and click on the two person icon in the lower left corner of their screen. From there, they can create a new team and add all necessary users that they would like to share their closings with. They can choose between Open Sharing to share all users’ closings amongst all users, or Centralized Sharing to share only their closings with the other team members. If the other Settlement Agent does not have an account, adding them to a team will automatically create one for them and an activation link will be sent to their inbox.
More details can be found in the Self-Serve Teams article.
Reach out to the Lender:
You can also reach out to the lender that you are working with to have them change the assigned Settlement Agent information to the correct user and resend the closing package to Blend. Alternatively, the Lender can access the LO Workspace and add the additional Settlement Agent to the "Parties to transaction" section on the "Disclosures & Closing" tab of the application.
More details can be found in the Changing a Settlement Agent in Lender UI article.
