How to Login to the Settlement Agent Workspace

To access your account, simply navigate to workspace.blend.com using either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, as these are the browsers that we recommend for optimal performance with our system.

Once you have been notified that closing documents have been sent to you by the lender, you will receive an email with a link to sign in. Simply click on the link provided in the email to access your account.

If You Have Not Yet Activated Your Account

You will be prompted to find the activation link that was sent to you in a separate email. Once you have located and clicked on the activation link, you will be prompted to create your password:

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Depending on the Multi-Factor Authentication method you have set, you will either receive an OTP via text to input, or an email verification link to click in your inbox. This additional layer of security ensures the protection of your account and sensitive information.
