Settlement Agent Workspace - Not Authorized Message After Email Authentication

If you are a Settlement Agent and have encountered a "Not Authorized" message after clicking the authentication link in your email:




1. Check for the most recent email - The "Not Authorized" message will occur if you have clicked on an old authentication link. To resolve this, locate the most recently sent email with the subject "Your Blend Activation Link" in your inbox.


2. Click on the latest email - Once you have found the most recent email, click on the authentication link provided in that email. This will ensure that you are accessing the most up-to-date authorization for your account.


3. Access your loans -  After clicking the correct authentication link, you should be able to access the loans and perform your tasks as a Settlement Agent without encountering the "Not Authorized" message.
