If the borrower for some reason cannot find their invite to activate their account, the link can be resent by following the steps below.
Find the "Resend invite" link in the right corner of the application screen in Blend Lending. This will email a new link to borrower(s) to accept their invitation to Blend and activate their account.
If there is a TPR/NBO that is not able to find their emailed activation link, you can also send these, but the process is a little different from sending to the borrower.
Find the "Manage Third Parties" tab towards the top of the screen.
Towards the top right of the screen, you will find a "Resend Invite" link.

Please note: you can find these communications regarding invite links being re-sent in the "Comms" tab in lending as well.
