While working with our support team, you may be asked to provide the error and audit logs from Encompass for investigation. The below information outlines how to find these logs within the Blend plugin in Encompass:
Where to Find the Logs:
Click on the B near the top right and then View Logs.
It is always best to copy/paste this information and send to support@blendclose.com if you have any issues with a closing. Please do not take a screenshot of this screen, as it may not contain the full logs that are required to resolve the issue.
