In this article, we'll cover how to redraw a closing package in Encompass and send it to Blend.
You must redraw a closing package in Encompass if any of the following information changes:
- Closing date
- Any update to borrower information (i.e email address)
- CD information changes
- Settlement Agent changes
- Non-borrowing owner (NBO) needs to be added
- Updates to an NBO
- If the information on the documents has changed and needs to be replaced
To redraw a closing package in Encompass
- Open the Encompass file.
- Go to Forms > RegZ - CD.
- Click Order Docs on the top right.

- Review the Closing Docs Audit and click Order Docs to proceed.

A progress bar will appear while documents are generated.
- Review the documents in the Stacking Template then click the B Send button on the lower left to send the redraw to Blend.

- Review the eClosing Management details then click Manage Documents.

Note: The closing status on the eClosing Management dialog should show SENT. - Click Yes to confirm.

- Review and update the documents then click Close.

- The eClosing Management dialog will show a DRAFT status. Review and click Send.

Encompass will go through the redraw process and send the package to Blend for processing.
