How to Delete eNote From Encompass

To delete the eNote from Encompass, you will navigate to the Blend "B" button on the top right and select "Manage Closing:"

2. From there, click the "Manage Documents" button in the bottom left:

3. You may be asked to place the loan in DRAFT, select "Yes" if applicable:

4. A window will pop-up where you will click on "Manage Documents." Select the Promissory Note so it appears blue and click the "x" button in the top right:

5. The following screen will populate, select "Yes."

6. After deleting from the Document Management screen, you will hit "Update"

(Please note that this does not resend the closing package to Blend, only updates the package to remove the eNote)

7. Regenerate the eNote and Closing Package (if applicable) and resend the file.
